Ways to Fulfill Passengers Requests on the Go.
A blog about ride - hailing and ways you can help your passengers.

As a driver, you know that one of the best ways to make more money is by providing a great experience for your passengers.

But what if you’re not sure how to do this?

As a driver, it’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day tasks of driving and forget that it’s not just about getting people from Point A to Point B. You can also help passengers navigate their way through the city and let them know about entertainment options, restaurants and other things that may interest them.

Here are five ways you can fulfill passengers’ requests on the go:

Offer suggestions for fun places to eat or hang out

Ask passengers about their preferences. This is one of the most effective ways of ensuring that your passengers get what they want without any hassle. For example, if you know that one of your passengers likes burgers, then you can suggest a place where he or she will find plenty of them.

Share directions for getting around town

Use Google Maps to show nearby locations. If you have a passenger who asks where the best place is to eat in the area, then Google Maps can be very helpful in finding an answer for them quickly and easily!

Share local news and events with your riders

Share upcoming events in your area that might be of interest to your riders, such as concerts or sporting events. You can post this information on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter directly from the WarpSpeedTaxi app. We’ve found that our customers love seeing this type of content in their feeds!

4. Provide transportation options for those who need help getting around town because of an injury or medical condition (i.e., elderly or disabled)

Train the drivers to provide assistance with mobility devices, walkers and wheelchairs. They should be alble to help lift passengers into their vehicles, assist with mobility devices, walkers and wheelchairs, drive safely and follow all traffic laws
