WarpSpeed Taxi invites Agents, Business Brokers and or Finders to register with WST and introduce potential JV Partners in a given country.
As an Agent, Business Broker and or Finder you will:
- Receive a UD$10,000 for a successful closing between the local Joint-Venture partner and WST
- US$5,000 with be paid upon signing of a definitive agreement between the approved Joint-Venture partner and WST and, depositing of the amount equaling 6 months of operations within the country.
- Balance of the US$5,000 will be paid at launching WST in the said country.
Below is a list of simple process that will be followed:
- Register the perspective JV Partner you intent to introduce to WST.
- Meet and present the potential JV Partner to explain the agreement.
- Provide WST with information required about the JV Partner.
- Execute the agreement between JV and WST.
- Deposit the required funds in trust with a lawyer.
- Receive the US$5,000 initial payment.
- Continue to communicate with the JV Partner until WST is launched in the country.
- Receive the Final US$5,000 payment.
